alive with a dead computer

my mainboard went a.w.o.l on me and refused to p.o.s.t. with dosh locked into some other lengthy activity, its gonna be a while before i get fully functional and properly calibrated machine to work my photos with. the work laptop is meant for just that – work. i try not to mix the two.

i’ve only just managed to acquire a serial ata card to my slow and aging backup machine so that i can get to my files from the old harddisk. loads more post-edits to be done. for now, there’s this – taken yonks ago.
